Please read these terms carefully before booking any trekking services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Welcome to Bunu Tamang's trekking services. These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with Bunu Tamang ("we", "our", "us") regarding the use of our website and services.
By accessing or using our website, booking our services, or contacting us for trekking arrangements, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
Any person or group booking our trekking services
Any trekking, hiking, or mountaineering activity arranged by us
The reservation of trekking services with confirmed dates
Initial payment required to secure a booking (typically 20%)
30% of total cost required to confirm booking
Due 60 days before trek start date
Booking confirmed upon receipt of deposit and signed agreement
All cancellation requests must be in writing via email to info@bunutamang.com
You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or health concerns that may affect your ability to complete the trek.
Himalayan trekking requires good physical fitness. We recommend regular cardiovascular exercise and training hikes before departure.
Altitude sickness can affect anyone. Our guides are trained in altitude sickness recognition and management.
Our guides have final authority on all safety matters, including route changes, evacuations, and determining if a trekker can continue.
You are responsible for following guide instructions, using proper equipment, maintaining hydration, and reporting health issues immediately.
Comprehensive travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking up to 6,000m and medical evacuation is mandatory.
Bunu Tamang and associated parties are not liable for personal injury, loss/damage to property, additional expenses due to itinerary changes, acts of God, or actions of third-party providers.
By booking our services, you acknowledge that Himalayan trekking involves inherent risks including extreme weather, altitude sickness, unpredictable trail conditions, remote locations, and transportation risks.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
